By purchasing a commission, you automatically accept and agree to follow these Terms of Service. This commission is for digital artwork (not prints).IMPORTANT RESTRICTIONS
- No use for non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or cryptocurrency-related purposes is allowed.
- Rush commissions require prior discussion and will be prioritized according to their hard deadline.ARTWORK TERMS
- I will draw in my own style.
- Revisions:
• You're welcome to provide feedback on updates.
• 5 free minor revisions (e.g., color, pattern, size of accessories).
• Additional revisions incur fees (minor: $10+, major: depends on complexity).
• Revisions may cause date extensions and are subject to my revision wait-list.PAYMENT TERMS
- Payment first/upfront policy.
- Additional fees:
• Withholding artwork from posting: 100% of regular rate.
• Commercial Monetize Content: 100% of regular rate.
• Commercial merchandising license: 200% of regular rate.
• Rush commissions: 100% of regular rate.
• Excess revisions: minor $10+, major depends on complexity.REFUNDS
- Strictly no refunds.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to the artist's approval.
- Issuing a refund or chargeback will forfeit ownership of the art.CANCELLATION
- early cancellation is allowable if the work hasn't started yet and the request is not yet paid or not yet approved in queue.
- If you cancel during the initial stages of work, a fee may apply. 50% If the drafts are not submitted yet. No refund policy if I already submitted a draft or update.
.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- First-come, first-served basis or Multitasking basis may be implemented (priority level may change according to payment settlement).
- Worktime: 7-14 days or 14-30 days+ (depending on commission type and queue).
- You can track your commission's progress in my work queue.USAGE RIGHTS
- Can be used for Twitch or YouTube streaming.
- Commercial use (e.g., merchandise) requires a license.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- As the artist, I retain the right to:
• Publish commissioned work (with your credit as character owner) unless you opt for privacy.
• Promote myself with the art.
- As the commissioner, you may:
• Share the art on other platforms with proper credit.
• Use the art for streaming purposes.
• Use the art to decorate your social media profiles..
COMMUNICATION
- I'll keep you informed about major updates or changes via Email, Discord or VGen.
- In case of significant delays or changes, I'll notify you promptly and provide an updated timeline.
- You can track your commission by monitoring my commission board. (Refer to specific notes and labels to know which work in queue I'm currently working on)
- in the event of any issues or disputes, we'll work together to resolve them in a fair and reasonable manner.
- Feel free to contact me for progress or any requests for revisions or additional notes / reference. if I fail to update for 2 weeks-1 month, please reach out. Delays may occur due to personal matters, workload, or critical deadlines.
- You can contact me thru (Email, Discord or VGen)
- I'll respond to messages within 6 business days depending on my workload and availability.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
- I reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time, and changes will be effective immediately and will notify clients of any changes to these Terms of Service via Email.- By purchasing a commission, you acknowledge that you've understood and agree to these Terms of Service, whether you've read them or not. I'm not responsible for any misconceptions due to not reading the TOS thoroughly.
